What are your hours?
We are open by appointment only Thursday - Sunday. Please use the book an appointment link above to schedule.
Are appointments private?
Appointments that are Thursday and Friday, and sometimes Sunday are private. You get the whole boutique to your self.
Saturday and some Sundays we host two appointments at a time.
Our Primrose fitting can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Our Ivy fitting room can accommodate up to 4 guests.
How much do the dresses cost?
Our collection ranges in price from $1800 - $5000. Most of our dresses are in the $2200-$3200 range.
What size dresses will I be trying on?
Our in-store sample collection is composed of ~150 dresses. The majority of those range in bridal sizes 10 -14 (street 6 - 12) and we do have a small collection of gowns in 16-24 as well. For more plus size gowns, we have some wonderful recommendations.
Is there a guest limit?
Our Primrose fitting can accommodate up to 8 guests. Our Ivy fitting room can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Can we bring our own refreshments?
Absolutely. We have water and cups available for guests as well.
Where do I park?
We are located on I Street in Downtown Sacramento, and there is plenty of street parking on both I as well as 17th. Make sure you pay for at least 1.5 hours just in case the appointment runs over a bit.
What do I wear?
We suggest you wear a strapless bra or stickies and nude undergarments. If you have any special accessories such as high heels or family heirlooms you know you will be wearing, please bring those as well to see it all come together when you put your favorites back on.
Is one hour enough time to find my dress?
By filling out the questionnaire we send over when you book the appointment we have a jump start on your appointment! We are able to swiftly move through the process of narrowing down your favorite styles and confidently help you say YES to the dress in an hour and fifteen minutes.
What is the appointment fee?
Our appointment fee is $30 to book your time slot and reserve a dressing room. When you’re ready to say yes to the dress, we will subtract $30 from the cost of your gown.
Is there a cancellation fee if I don’t show up?
Yes, we charge $150 for cancellations within the 24-hour time frame as well as no shows. This will show as $120 charge in addition to your $30 appointment fee.
Once I order the dress, how long will it be until I receive it?
The average time to receive your gown is 3 - 6 months, however, we do have great ‘quick delivery’ options with certain designers. We also have a selection of “off the rack” dresses that you can take home TODAY!
