styled shoots

We love participating with local vendors in styled shoots! Please read below our styled shoot guidelines and then email us!

Styled Shoots:

  • We loan gowns for editorial shoots Monday - Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot loan for weekend photoshoots as those are our primary sales days.

  • We are happy to loan up to two full length gowns, and a mini. We have a few styled shoot veils we can include as well. Any more than this, we request to have a team member on site of the shoot.

  • We kindly ask you look around our designer pages for gowns you might be interested in and send us a list of ones you’d like.

  • The majority of our gowns are street size 4 - 10 (bridal is 2 sizes up, meaning they are bridal 8 - 14). We will provide a bag of dress clips for cinching the gown to appear it fits.

  • We do not loan our Beccar trunk show, Trish Peng gowns, and a few of our brand new styles.

  • At this time, we do not offer model try ons due to staffing and availability.

  • We require a card on file for incidentals, and reserve the right to charge a $150 cleaning fee per gown if the gown is returned in worse condition. This is purely to clean the gowns for our future brides to try on!

  • If any of the dresses are damaged, torn or stained beyond repair, the loanee will be invoiced and the credit card on file will be charged.

  • Pickup and drop off times will be coordinated based on shop owners’ schedule. We kindly request flexibility as our hours vary during the week. If lent for a Friday shoot, gowns must be back first thing (9am) on Saturday.

  • Upon the shoot and post-shoot, we request the gallery, behind the scenes, and more. Please always tag @ellisblakebridal in social posts, and feel free to collaborate on instagram posts for more reach. We love to share!

  • We LOVE shoots with content creators - video is our prominent social media strategy and love clips for reels and tik toks.
